You can confirm exactly how much you’ll pay for shipping at checkout, without the need to register. Delivery rates do not include import fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country. Non-EU countries may be subject to custom duty.
Delivery time
Items available in stock will be dispatched from our atelier in Oporto within 2 working days. Items that are marked ‘made to order’ will take from 1 to 3 weeks to be produced and dispatched. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail as soon as you place an order or pre-order and the delivery confirmation with a tracking number when the sandals are been dispatched.
Deliveries to Portugal are handled by CTT. All the orders shipped worldwide will be handled by DHL. If you prefer a more economic service, the package can be dispatched by our national courier CTT. For that, please contact us by email: info@cordoa.pt
Shipments with DHL to countries outside the EU, take approximately 2 business days to reach the local customs, then the delivery depends on customs clearance.
Collecting your order
All the deliveries with DHL and CTT Expresso will require a signature, which means that you will need to be present at the address during their operating hours. For special arrangements and real-time notifications, DHL offers an ODD (On Demand Delivery) service.
Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Payment
Cordoa online store accepts payment by PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, and all major credit or debit cards through Stripe. The full payment is charged when your order is confirmed at checkout. Customers from Portugal can also choose to pay with MBWAY transfer or MULTIBANCO reference. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.
Prices
All prices in the Cordoa online store are stated in EURO. The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs but including Portuguese VAT (23%).
