Returning/exchanging your order

During 14 days from the delivery date of your package, you may request to exchange or return your order. To avoid returning your package due to fitting problems, please check the following chart SIZE GUIDE.

You must return your articles to Cordoa address in perfect conditions. The sandals should not have been worn, used, or damaged.  Sandals must be returned with the original branded box and dust bag and placed inside a protective outer box or DHL flyer, for shipping.

When trying out your sandals, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box. We highly recommend standing on a carpeted area in order to protect the soles with unpleasant markings. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. The original invoice that comes with the delivery needs to be enclosed together with the returned products.

Costs for return

Shipping costs for returned items will be supported by the customer. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 week days at the latest after Cordoa receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes, or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by Cordoa.

Costs for exchanges

Once you have returned the items, Cordoa will not make any additional charges for delivery in case of an exchange. Please note that Cordoa will not refund additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges that may incur.
